For over 25 years, Citizen Schools has been a pioneer in educational equity. As Manager of District & School Partnerships, you will develop prospects and build relationships for two of our core regional markets: New York City and North Carolina. You will also support National growth initiatives (like the planning and execution for our Virtual Coffee Hour) and other campaigns that promote our service offerings, and drive awareness and consideration for District and School partnerships with Citizen Schools. You will also work with the Chief Growth Officer in validating new market expansion opportunities within your regions.
During COVID-19 this is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. This position will be based in one of our five core Catalyst markets: New York City or North Carolina (Charlotte, Durham or Greensboro).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $57,000 - $62,000; compensation is competitive with similar roles at non-profit organizations of comparable size and commensurate with experience. Our benefits include a generous flexible PTO policy, medical, dental and vision coverage, 403b retirement plan with a match, professional development stipend and 15+ paid holidays a year including a winter break.
